PASCHAL has extended its rental park in the shoring systems segment

In addition to the aluminium shoring system GASS, PASCHAL has extended its rental park to include the shoring system TG 60.

With the addition of the shoring system TG 60 to the range alongside the aluminium shoring system GASS, PASCHAL customers now have a single partner who can cover all the requirements of temporary structural support for building engineering as well as for structural and bridge engineering.
Punched disks integrated into the system enable the connection of allround modular components. As such, the TG 60 is already a core component of the modular formwork and shoring system and can be ideally adapted to columns, frames and towers in line with the necessary geometry and
structural requirements.

shoring system TG60

Up to 6 tons

The steel shoring frames of the shoring system TG 60 are made of higher-strength steel which means that each vertical support can be loaded with up to 60 kN depending on the tower height and spindle adjustment.
In addition, the shoring frames are reinforced by two diagonals welded into the structure.

Versatile applications, simple assembly

The shoring system TG60 is ideal for constructing heavy-duty columns, shoring towers, stair towers and support scaffolds with great load-bearing properties.

The TG 60 shoring towers can be assembled both standing up or on the ground. In order to transmit possible tensile forces, the individual frames are secured with tube clips or bolts. As such, the system can be assembled on the ground and then subsequently hoisted into position using a crane.

Shoring systems in accordance with DIN EN 12812

The shoring systems in accordance with DIN EN 12812 ensure the safe transfer of loads during construction work, including the live loads which occur in the ground.
The structural type properties of the shoring system TG 60 comply with DIN EN 12812.

Optimised logistics

Storage, transport and delivery to the construction site, all on special-purpose pallets.
TG60 pallets have been designed for 22 frames on each layer. When fully rigged, they can accommo-date a total of 44 standard frames (2 layers) or 88 compensating frames (4 layers).
Each pallet is 1.20 m wide and is matched to suit the width of the loading surface, meaning that two pallets can be transported beside one another.

Bundling the frames allows the load to be increased as necessary.
When very heavy loads are involved, the shoring system towers are reinforced by additional frames. Bundling the frames allows the load to be increased as necessary.

TG60 - space-saving for storage and transport
Versatile and practical on the construction site, space-saving for storage and transport.
With the shoring system TG 60, PASCHAL is extending its comprehensive range of products to remain a highly capable partner to the construction industry.
