New: PASCHAL climbing system 240 with an anchor cone approved by the building-authority
The climbing brackets, compatible with all PASCHAL formwork systems, are a feasible and flexible way of reaching great heights in safety because this new kind of climbing system is based on practice-oriented requirements. Among other things, it can be continuously adjusted to inclined structural geometries, at angles of up to +/- 15 degrees.
When combined with climbing system 240, the wall formwork systems from PASCHAL can also be used as climbing formwork. This extends their range of applications in the PASCHAL system immensely. In particular, this combination helps to speed up progress on a construction project because large sections of formwork can be moved in a single operation to heights of up to 4.50 metres.

An anchoring system
By the building-authority approval Z-21.6-2042 for climbing cone M30/DW15, PASCHAL is now able to offer its customers an anchoring system, approved for the anchoring of climbing system 240, climbing installation 200, climbing platform KBK 180, the dam bracket and the klik-klak beam.
The M30/DW15 climbing cone, approved by the building-authority, is suitable for all climbing and platform systems from PASCHAL.
Health & safety at work in combination with cost-effectiveness
With its formwork and shoring systems, PASCHAL offers both, with a focus on complete systems and variable combination options.
For example, at bauma 2016, PASCHAL will be exhibiting its 'Multip' system, the multi-functional working platform because, in combination with the formwork systems, it becomes a complete system, guaranteeing fast forming times while considering too the safety of concrete workers.
The 'climbing' systems from PASCHAL also provide construction companies with that same combination of cost-effectiveness with workplace safety. For this reason, the climbing units comprise climbing brackets, adjustable props for bracing the formwork, floorings, guardrails and - if necessary - the suspended scaffold.
Experience PPL 10.0 live and test things for yourself with the new slab module
Planitec, the IT specialist in the PASCHAL Group, will be demonstrating the updated version of its PPL 10.0 program, including the 'slab formwork' module, and will be providing CAD workstations where you can test it for yourselves.
New: Modular column formwork
The perennial favourite, the practical system expansion of the adjustable 'Modular column formwork' with the unbeatable price-performance ratio, will be demonstrated several times a day live on the PASCHAL trade fair stand.
With this enhanced system, PASCHAL is responding to the demands of many customers in its export markets, where reinforced concrete skeleton construction is dominant.
This system expansion allows you to cast square as well as rectangular reinforced concrete columns with external dimensions from 20 to 50 cm in increments of 5 centimetres.
Just how simple, quick and uncomplicated it is to assemble formwork for high-quality and dimensionally precise steel-reinforced concrete columns of any length and width dimension to single-storey height, is something that PASCHAL will be demonstrating several times a day at its trade fair stand: open-air area north, section FN.818/4.
New in the rental park: Allround shoring system TG60
PASCHAL is extending the range of shoring systems with the 'Allround shoring system TG60' in the rental park and is thus extending the applications for general building construction as well as for civil engineering and bridge construction.
With the 'Allround shoring system TG60', it is possible to construct shoring system towers easily and safely. The structural calculations comply with DIN EN 12812.
This system is easy to assemble and to dismantle, and it will be demonstrated several times a day at this international trade fair.
The 'Allround shoring system TG60' is ideal for constructing shoring systems with great load-bearing properties.
Optimised logistics
Storage, transport and delivery to the construction site will be done on special-purpose pallets.
TG 60 pallets have been designed for 22 frames on each layer. When fully rigged, they can accommodate a total of 44 standard frames (2 layers) or 88 compensation frames (4 layers).
These frames are arranged on the pallet, nested into 3 different positions. This makes optimum use of the storage space on each pallet. The pallet can be used for all three types of TG 60 shoring system frames, can be handled by crane and can be driven around by forklift. Each pallet is 1.20 m wide and is matched to suit the width of the loading surface, meaning that two pallets can be transported beside one another.
