PASCHAL-Plan light PPL 10.0 live at bauma 2016 – Now new with slab formwork module.

The software developers at planitec GmbH, the IT company in the PASCHAL Group, have enhanced this formwork software with useful and practical formwork modules and features, and have also optimised its compatibility with commonly used BIM solutions.

Visitors can see the changes and extended capabilities of this software for themselves. PASCHAL is offering this option, of testing PPL10.0, at its trade fair stand. The IT specialists and formwork advisers will be there to provide and discuss practice-oriented information.
This is a virtual way for PASCHAL to also pave the way for shared successes on upcoming construction projects.

The "Transparent" function in the "Design" module enables everything behind the formwork to be displayed. As such, all installations and expansion blocks can be visually captured.

PPL10.0 formwork software supports the planning and implementation process for concrete structures throughout the entire construction phase. By means of these functional interfaces, precise and accurate data interchange with everyone involved on a construction project can be assured, including materials management using the "Warehouse" module.

The practical experience in application technology gained by PASCHAL and its software users from many construction companies has been incorporated into these further developments and enhanced features.
The PPL 10.0 version features a cloud connection, 3D visualisation and a slab formwork module for in-situ concrete slabs and filigree concrete slab support.

3D models can be created quickly and easily using the "Design" module. If required, manual modifications can be made. A list of materials covering the entire system can be generated with a mouse click from the parameters of the 3D model.
With the "Warehouse" module, the formwork inventory is managed in a transparent manner at the con-struction site and at the warehouse.

PPL 10.0 based on JAVA technology is cross-platform software which is also compatible with both Windows and Mac computers. The software can be installed locally and is also available as a web-based version.

Software technology

PPL 10.0 is programmed with Java and 64 bit compatible. It is fully functional on both Windows and Mac computers and can be installed on the common operating systems Windows, Linux, Unix and OS X. The web version of this software can also be used on mobile terminals.

The "Slab formwork" module allows in-situ concrete slab formwork to be created automatically. At the same time, the support structure can be dimensioned using DIN EN 12812 as a calculation basis.

With the aid of the plan manager, clear formwork plans can be generated for use on construction sites. All the necessary formwork elements are shown orthogonally and in 3D.
