Useful helpers for practical application

PASCHAL has developed three practical and mutually compatible transportation containers. These ensure better construction site organisation, space-saving storage, and the safe transport of small parts. The two lattice box pallets and the transportation box are perfect for storing and transporting system components, small parts, and accessories. Optimal for use on the construction site or yard, as well as in warehouses, they help simplify the entire logistics chain. All work processes, such as packing, transport, delivery, and checking, are optimised and accelerated. Customers also benefit from rapid access to materials on the construction site, and returning them to the rental company or their own warehouse is made much easier.

The two lattice box pallets and the transportation box can be stacked on top of each other to save space.

Quick, orderly, and safe logistics

The transportation box and the lattice box pallets can be stacked on top of each other. In this way, they take up less truck loading space and help reduce the storage areas needed on construction sites and in yards.
Integrated lifting eyes allow them to be moved safely by crane. The boxes can also be transported by forklift or pallet truck.

Well-designed lattice box pallets in two dimensions

Large and small parts are stored and transported quickly, safely and clearly with the PASCHAL lattice box pallets. The classic lattice box pallet has outer dimensions of 1200 x 810 x 930 mm. A smaller version measuring 1200 x 810 x 460 mm is also available.
A folding side part is integrated into the large lattice box pallet. This makes it easy to remove and fill material, even when the lattice box pallet is stacked or closed with a cover.

Large and small parts are stored and transported quickly, safely and clearly with the PASCHAL lattice box pallets. The cover can be used for both the transportation box and the lattice box pallets.

Transportation box makes efficient handling of small parts easy

The robust hot-dip galvanized transportation box is equipped with different compartment sizes for small and very small parts. This means that parts can be divided up clearly.
In addition to three smaller, identical compartments, the transportation box has a large compartment measuring 1.20 m in length. This enables even larger items such as tie rods and UNI carbide scrapers to be stowed away problem-free.

The four integrated compartments in the transportation box make the handling of numerous small and very small parts easy and more efficient. Tedious searching for parts becomes a thing of the past.

Universal cover rounds off transportation container range

A suitable cover for the transportation box and lattice box pallets is available separately. It can be attached to the three boxes by means of two suspension bolts. This optimally prevents the stored material from falling out.
