Online Customer Portal "checkinsite"
PASCHAL increases customer’s benefit
Well structured access to shipping documents and up-to-date daily overview of the construction siteSeveral shipments of materials are at the construction site, one additional supply has been ordered, while other material has already been picked up. The shipping documents and returns are stacking up. How much rental material is actually located on-site? This is a question that comes up repeatedly and can only be resolved with elaborate research and computational effort. Or with a few mouse-clicks instead.
Steinach
PASCHAL-Werk G. Maier GmbH, located in Steinach (Baden) has increased customer’s benefit with an additional free service: The on-line customer portal checkinsite has been operational since bauma 2013, and can be accessed directly via www.checkinsite.com or via www.paschal.de.
New customers enter their PASCHAL customer number and certain basic data into the system. Precisely from then on forward their data is updated electronically and is also protected from unauthorized access by login and password.
On a map you will see the geographical distribution of your construction sites. A click on the individual site which appears as a coloured dot will take you quickly to site documents (see Figure. 2). They can then review their customer-specific shipping documents and inventories by construction site in real-time. Over time, this creates an indispensable archive with a reporting capability for active and completed construction sites by referencing the ordered goods, while also providing up-to-date real-time documentation, flow of materials and materials lists. The history of a construction site is now much more transparent, providing a real-time and up-to-date, insightful and traceable overview of the construction site organization, cost structure and the equipment in use. This also facilitates cost-savings and has a positive impact on subsequent construction sites and their formwork solutions. Filing is granted up to and including the year previous to the log-in date.
A special feature of the program is the so-called rental stock protocol which lists in chronological order all movements (delivery notes and returns) and thus provides the user with a complete overview of the inventory on site. Reprints of delivery notes and returns can be implemented quickly at any time directly from Checkinsite.
We welcome any related user feedback.
