PASCHAL-Ident: The Safety in the Elements - Chip makes financing formwork easier

PASCHAL uses this system consequently and successfully since 2008 with the corresponding software for the administration of its own rental park.

During manufacturing PASCHAL integrates the transponder chips in the formwork elements of Modular Universal Formwork and LOGO.3 Formwork.
The transponder installed is even smaller than a one Cent coin and is based on other components such as laser scanner (hand scanner) and corresponding software with associated Online - Portal. Each individual transponder installed in the element is provided with a globally unique identification number. 
Immediately after manufacture, or before delivery of the elements, these number codes are recorded by a laser scanner and transferred to the Ident-Software. Using a barcode on the respective delivery note, the scanner detects the corresponding order and indicates on the display all elements that must be delivered. Before delivery, the elements are scanned and assigned to the order.
Identification is also carried out in rental business for the delivery and return process using the scanner.

At present, the Ident System from PASCHAL is unique in the branch of industry and also makes the financing easier for the construction company. "This safe system is top in two aspects: On the one hand, the completion of financing for formwork is made easier and on the other hand, the solvency of the company is protected by financing", so companies who already use the system indicate. Be it in conjunction with a credit from the local bank or with leasing, the identified and also in the future readily identifiable formwork elements, serve as security.
